Thanks to DonPedro we can now fly to PER from Norway for GBP 1650 or to SYD/MEL for GBP 1950 and AKL for GBP 2100. Book directly on CX but you can find it on google.com/flights.
My pleasure! I'm a big fan of this thread and appreciate all your effort, so am happy to contribute when I can

Just to clarify Henkybaby, I can see availability to PER, ADL, MEL, SYD and BNE all available for between GBP1640 and GBP1650 for March departures. CNS also showing for about GBP1660 although flights don't operate daily.

Further info for those interested:
Departures from OSL/SVG/BGO (Oslo doesn't price on Google but works on Cathay).
Bookings made by 15 Feb, for departures to 30 June. Max 6 month stay.
Departures Mon-Thu in each direction.
Must be booked at least 5 days before departure.
Permitted only on Norway-LHR-HKG-Destination, 2 free stops permitted in HKG only.

You mean ex Norway? Or am I confusing things?

Thanks DonPedro for the extra information. Added it to the wiki. ^

That would be on the A380 all the way to BKK. They serve Krug in the onboard bar. In that amount of time, I'd be fairly confident I could drink my fare back.

Ups, sorry - quoted the wrong part of your post. Meant the DE-HKG fare, of course. Just changed my original post on this one to avoid any confusion, mea culpa!

Don't feel like positioning? Here is an ExLHR again: Florida & Mexico! Not to Miami, but Jacksonville, Fort Myers, Key West and CUN (probably others too) for GBP 1531.

Just went to CPT for the first time last month on a 3-day MR mini-vacation.

Went shark diving. 10/10 on the experience scale. And $128 total that included the 2-hr (Each way!) pickup/drop-off from my hotel.

Everything is CHEAPPPPPPPP there.

Cappuccino in a restaurant: $1.67
90-min massage: $40
Lamb shanks entree: $11

Friendly people. Cannot wait to go back!

Sounds great. I just hope they don't cancel the ticket.

Thanks to uncleflori in this thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/premi...fb-cph-na.html) we know we can fly to the USA from CPH at low prices too. Some examples (in GBP):

LAX 1150

JFK 823
HNL 1265

Basically works everywhere.

Would it be possible to book those ex-Norway routes and abandon the last leg on the return (so fly out from Oslo, but fly back to LHR collect bags and walk merrily away)?

(Sorry for the newbie question, I looked for the answer in the stickies but couldn't see it.)

Further info for those interested:
