Booking from dad's BAEC account possible?

Booking from dad's BAEC account possible?
My dad's 36 month expiry is coming up, he has over 300k from previous cc spending. My own BAEC acct is active with 200k so no need to extend the expiry.
Question: Can he book tickets for my family and I on AS, which he'll need to call customer service. If no, can we apply a household status to make it work?
Both BAEC accounts for my dad and I are using the same mailing address, if that helps. We all have the same surname for my family.
I tried to call customer service but hung up after 20 mins on hold...

And if your dad is in a household account he can only book for other members of the household account or for persons he has added to his friends and family list.
