Some routes not available for On Business rewards?

Some routes not available for On Business rewards?
I have noticed that for some holiday routes (eg LGW-FUE) the on business screen shows award availability but it then gives an error when trying to price the flight. Something along the lines of "This route is not available for rewards, please start trying from a different airport". Is that right? I had not realised that some routes were excluded altogether. And is it not odd the previous screen shows availability? Perhaps a conflict between the classes in which on business books into and a higher directive on the route? Or is this an error and I should call up to book the flight? Thanks.

Is LGW FUE a new route? Maybe flights haven't been added yet!
Also, noticed that LHR KUL is not bookable giving the same error message.
Maybe give them a call, but good luck as there seems no one with any onbusiness knowledge on the other end these days

LGW-FUE stated in December 2014 I believe, so yes it is new but has been running for a month now.
