Hey everyone, long time no see.
I have 2 friends, absolute travel noobies, first time ever leaving the USA. They are on their honeymoon and couldnt get a direct back from Rome so are passing through LHR on BA/AA on their return to Chicago. I've been guiding them through their Euro trip and want to make their last experience as good as possible so hopefully they catch the travel bug and make their way back over here more often!
Arriving on BA951 from FCO, leaving on AA87 to ORD on Oct 17.

You would be able to use the lounges in T3 though and can try the AA, BA, and CX lounges there.

I think, but it'd be good if someone could double check for me, that if I as a GGL travel with my girlfriend who's got my Gold partner card, between us we can guest 3 people into the lounge? If that's right...

Yes, you can guest 2 and your girlfriend can guest 1. Be aware your extra guest as a GGL only applies to BA lounges, so if you went to teh CX or AA lounges in T3 you could only guest 1 person each.
