I just got all excited by this as I have to visit the US in early January.

Then I saw this:

All outbound travel must be completed by 03 January 2015 and inbound travel must be completed by 11 January 2015.

Sadly, I can't make it back by the 11th, so it's back to the cheap seats for me. Sigh...

Good luck to all who can take up the offer. It's a cracking deal for places like JNB and CPT (haven't checked availability though).

Appears to require no minimum stay. Trans-Atlantics appear to exclude BA1-4.

Some of the longer routes look great value - HKG, CPT etc. Wonder who'll be tempted to an impromptu Christmas break?

Well spotted rxfleming. Some of this marketing hype seems to me to deceive, but in this case on two points they are unselling themselves:

1) This is actually a £1000 return CW to a big heap of places over Christmas and New Year.

2) The No Minimum Stay also means no Saturday Night rule - this is quite biggy!

I just checked NYC and there is a lot of availability - including LCY, though realistically that is more for JFK to LCY due to the fact that the LCY service takes a holiday during this period.

A quick look at a couple of sets of fare rules suggests that BA1-4 are excluded from this promotion, anyway.

Nice sale out of LHR for sure.^ Wish it was available starting in North America. I'll lurk around using ITA for the next few days sometimes these things just suddenly appear under the radar.

Outstanding - a quick glance shows availability for JNB every day (not necessarily both flights, but something every day out and back). CPT a bit patchier.

I can get £966 for LHR-JFK-LAX r/t (560 TPs) using Iberia codes on BA/AA metal.
or
£986 for LHR-JFK-LAX-LAS r/t (680TPs) using Iberia codes on BA/AA metal

Might be some better runs but I haven't had a good look.

There's some 210 TP transcons available too so check the wiki for the 2000+ mile flights and hit ITA.

Very very good deal this.
