I have two TATL already booked in WT+ covering the sale dates which cost £2650 in T Class. Rang Silver line, and really helpful Agent - after a lot of trying ways to do an upgrade to the sale fare said sorry, it's new bookings only. The sale fares go into I class.
Unsurprisingly there's no UuA award availability for upgrades.
So I'll just have to hope that award availability comes up a few days beforehand!

Hi All,

I'm looking to leave MAN on 27th or 28th and head to HNL (ideally via LHR and LAX with an overnight in LAX).

Coming back, I need to land at LHR by 9am on 12th January.

Can anyone help me with routing options to take advantage of this deal?

Many thanks,
Adam

Why don't you see whether you can change the ticket to the sale fare? You may be paying little more than the £100 change fee if you've already paid £1,000.

Try to find the dates/availability on matrix.itasoftware.com, input:

From: man
Routing codes: lhr lax /alliance oneworld
To: hnl
Routing codes: lax lhr /alliance oneworld
Cabin: Business class or higher

You can route back via phx instead of lax, for example. Play with routing and dates until you find what you like, or use "calendar of lowest fares" feature.

Nice little 5 day trip to Seattle booked for 3 in CW. New Year away (ironically I couldn't care less for NY, but any excuse) and I think that pretty much sorts the Christmas presents also! No shopping for me!

I've also held flights to HKG for Mrs. BotB and me with this excellent offer. ^

When are you arriving MattHandy?

We're 21 to 28 Dec.

Well that's made travelling to PHX for Christmas with the in laws that little bit more bearable - will be cancelling my Avios for exactly the same flight tomorrow - for a few extra quid I'm 125k Avios and 280 TPs better off!

The temptation when I get back on the 29 Dec to turn straight out again and go snowboarding in Canada or Japan for NYE is building...

Hat tip to those doing the HNL TP runs - I was there at the beginning of the year and it's beautiful. Are these the best value TP ever accumulated?
