It's as near as dammit 12 midday on the day of T-72. I have a calendar alarm for midday Friday so I can nab my preferred seat for my Monday flights, which are usually in the evening.

Remember that on the few aircraft that haven't been converted to the new shorthaul cabins yet, the seats aren't converted anymore and the B seat is sold (except on the fixed rows in the 737).
See Goodbye to converted seating on Shorthaul

It was for a flight on Monday to cph
Busy this morning and missed the first row when it came available.
Turned out lucky as that is now CE, and my row is currently ET+
