Which T3 F Lounge

I am sure the info is here somewhere but just can't find it. Flying to Lisbon at 0740 Saturday. Which lounge to choose? I would like a shower and understand the BA Ones were in the spa which Is now shut? tx

Hi,

I think the BA lounge still has showers.

As a BA gold you can try all the lounges ie CX and AA also.

Regards

I have used the AA Flagship lounge in T3, a couple of times for early departures this year. I've found it to be very quiet and with a fairly decent food offering too. I believe they have showers though I haven't tried them.

Cathay Lounge - you'll probably have it to yourself and it will likely be the closest to your gate. Hot breakfast food prepared fresh on demand.

There is an AAdmiral's club (formally equivalent to a J lounge) and the Flagship Lounge (formally equivalent to an F lounge).

Personally I would go to the CX lounge, very quiet during that time of day and has a very nice and open atmosphere, big windows etc., or the BA lounge which is much darker, though.

Apparently the Flagship lounge has very fast wifi.

The AA lounge has well-equipped, clean showers. I'd go with that, if showering is important.

The BA Galleries First and Galleries Club lounges in T3 have showers, shared between both facilities, within the former Elemis Spa area. The Spa is currently closed as there are no long haul BA departures from T3, but the showers remain open as they are not part of the Spa product.

As noted, there are tons of threads. Let me summarise according to your area of interest:

Drink: BA F
Food: CX F (for the wonton noodles), BA F (if you like pork products, or things in sauce)
Internet: AA FL

Quiet: CX F (outside of CX departure times)
Power Points: AA F

Regarding the AA lounge, where is the Flagship bit? Do you go upstairs or is there a special door?
