Terminal Three Lounges

A quick question - I'll have an hour or so of "lounge time" from 10am until 11am tomorrow morning at Heathrow Terminal Three (before catching BA0702 to Vienna).

I recall reading that the CX lounge is an option aswell as Galleries. Anyone have any advice on which has the better offering at that time of day? For the novelty factor a non-BA lounge does seem interesting. Due to ET catering and the time difference I was hoping to get something to eat in the lounge.

I am silver travelling ET so won't get into the GCH/1st Class lounges.

I don't know why but this has to be one of the most common questions raised here, in admittedly various different shades - as is the case here.

For a lunch time (ish) session then CX is a good option, particularly if you like noodles / Asian cuisine, and you're looking for a bit of a change. T3 Galleries food option very closely matches T5.

I can't see the point in going to AA / Admirals - it will be quite crowded at that time - other than by popular repute they have the fastest broadband going.

Thanks for the pointers, will try the CX lounge first out of curiosity and then if I am not impressed will go into the Galleries.
