Another vote of appreciation for Nicci: heartfelt thanks for dealing with missing points/miles and other queries. All the best and good luck for the future.

Also, a warm welcome to Jeni. I've already sent an email asking for something!

Used the BAMissingAvios account last week for something which couldn't be auto-claimed online, and was very pleased with the speed of the turn around (~24 hours).

Nicely done. The new system seems to be working well!

Thanks Nicci, in spite of being quite new to FT, I have still found valuable insights from your postings. Good Luck!

I'd like to echo the comments made above you've been a superstar on this forum and have taken the time to to go above and beyond the call of duty for many people (including me!). Best of luck to you in your new role and to Jenni filling your shoes. I'll raise a glass to you in the CCR next month and hope that you are looking forward to not having me contacting you about the F catering

Many thanks to Nicci, and best of luck in the new position.

To Jeni, who surely must have been warned about the BA board; it's great to have you here, you're most welcome !

BA email contact

Hi Jeni and Welcome.

Can you tell me why the customer relations email web page is continually down and not working please?

This has been so for some days now.

Thanks and a tip about how to contact CR would be good.

I am "unsticking" this thread. A link to this thread has been added to the Wiki section of the http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/briti...ad-sticky.html thread.
