For the same reason that I'll still fly BA even if Ryannair is £1.

I just booked! You just saved us £110. Thank you so so much! Without that discount we would not of been able to afford to stay there. This is why I love this forum! Thank you again for thinking of the rest of us! ^

Secret is great for last-minute. When we looked for a Tuesday in May it was £230.

I'm not a last-minute-stress person.

Thank you darthlemsip . It seems that the rooms are available on a Saturday night stay making super early morning departure on Sundays feasible

I take it's non-refundable? I can't find any reference to this when booking.

Dilemma... I'm flying on the BA7 in April on a Sunday at 11:30 AM. I live in central London but it would be nice to start the trip in F with an extra bit of luxury. It'd be a bit of a waste of money though...

Because the Travelodge is a 2 star spartan hostel and the Sofitel is a luxurious 5 star hotel.

The Travelodge is also nowhere near T5.

Many thanks to darthlemsip ^
Thanks. I looked on my work desktop this afternoon when I posted and couldn't see it. Back on my Mac this evening and I can. How bizarre!

There's probably engineering work on the tube over the weekend, so best go on Sat night just in case.
