Golds get extra Y availability and can double up the miles for any award seat. They also get the GUF2 vouchers at 2500 and 3500 TPs.

Why can't I change my award booking online ? I got the message that basically told me to contact local office. I want to avoid the $25 extra charge if possible. The booking is for July, space is available so I can't see what is wrong with it.
thanks

The call centre agent might waive the change fee if you let her/him know that you attempted to make the change online but couldn't.

We don't know why you can't amend your booking online. If we knew more about the booking we might be able to make reasonable guesses -- but they wouldn't change the fact that you can't amend your booking online.

Last year I cancelled a YUL-JFK redemption online, so it is sometimes possible, but a schedule change and subsequent rebooking would be enough to prevent you making further changes online. Given that those changes were outside your control I'd still say that you might get the additional $25 waived if you're friendly and get a friendly agent.

Hi, I have 16000 avios on my account and I am thinking of waving goodbye to BAEC. Any ideas how to use them best?

I'm unsure, how will I know whether BA178 (LHR-JFK) and BA183 (JFK-LHR) is operating in new First? I could not find any Info on the BA-Website..

Normally, any JFK flight with First should be New First.

And additional Question - but slightly related to the one above...
So: Is it possible to book LHR-BOS/JFK-LHR on one Award-Ticket?
(I could not see how that works in my profile - but it would save some Surcharges, I guess)..
