OT: New OW earning/redemption opportunity from EDI

I assume that Award availability from EDI would much better than that from LHR/LGW?
If so, this could well be a game changer for me - I'd have no problem flying up to Edinburgh for a Business seat to Melbourne.

I'd imagine so when the route first opens up, although in the long-term with only one flight each way per day they may fill up reasonably quickly!

If there's a good launch offer I'd be interested in trying to get on the inaugural flight. Perhaps an opportunity for an FT-do?

I'd be up for a do as well if I am allowed since I should be back in Scotland (falkirk looking likely)., lived in Edinburgh for three years, great city to meet up in.

The launch offer is loaded, but I doubt that the fares will prompt a 'DO'!
