Contacting Executive Club Service Centres

Dear all

I hope everyone is well

As part of a programme of changes for our Executive Club Members, we are delivering something that I know you will really welcome following a lot of your feedback on Flyertalk.

From today, Executive Club Members can call any service centre to make or change their bookings. This includes both tickets booked with cash or with Avios. You will no longer be asked to call only your local service centre.

The numbers that you call will not change and we do encourage to call your local service centre when you are in your country of Membership but we realise that there will be times when you need to reach us wherever you are and our colleagues will be happy to help.

As ever, please send me any feedback you may have.

Warm regards

Nicci

Wow...this is actually a BIG deal as the old system was quite infuriating at times.

Excellent news especially if you are stuck somewhere with a large time difference and need some urgent help.

Can I send Nicci and BA a "BA Well Done" on ba.com?

Excellent news for all BA's wordwide customers. ^

Wow, my number one complaint is no longer valid ^

I guess the silver/gold line in the UK will get more calls from Europe now. Hopefully this is already calculated and as such more staff.

Really good news indeed, it's now possible to call BA 24/7

Thank you Nicci and BA for listening.
