Given how large companies operate, I'd give them both about equal standing honestly. You'd be surprised how much more insight your customers have than you sitting in your cube at corporate. The knee-jerk ba-fandom is getting rather old, honestly.

Just like they have a better idea about what makes acceptable food on an 11.50 CE departure? Or what people want for breakfast off a TATL inbound in WT?
