Upload them onto the web. Get the web address for the exact picture.
When posting the picture, wrap [img] tags around the web address:
[img]dummywebaddress[/img]
Remember that outsize pics render the screen funny, and that pics cause the site to load slower for some people, so consider whether they are really needed.
Try quoting some posts with pics embedded, and you'll see how the code was used (you can do this with any coding you don't know how they did that to see it).

I always liked the free wifi at ORD, helps having an easy to remember pass code.
