Big well done to ba yesterday flying F
Flew to dxb on christmas day.. Everything was great, crew were first class, CSD was super and came to introduce himself early, food good, lymch bages wine excellent and really liked the 3d flight map, and got NF after being told it was OF,mso well done, much better than my flights to and from DFW in sep.

The Lynch Bages 98 is definitely a welcome drop, impressive but just let's hope the bean counters don't realise. Not sure if they had it to dxb, but also good are the Envoy sauv blanc that is oaked so keep an open mind, and the Tappanappa cab shiraz 06, which is one of my favourite drops. If they ever get the Tappanapp Chardonnay now that is one to rejoice.
Nice to hear Was a Christmas meal offered in First?
No, and the OP's experience unfortunately is offset by myself and Mrs E14's experience, we post morteumed it last night and came to the conclusion, shabby plane and generally disinterested crew it really wasn't worth the extra for F over J or even Wtp for that matter

I am not so sure this is correct - if you are only including LHR/LGW based LH, since my flight on 23rd Dec from JFK - LCY did not offer a Christmas meal.
