After many months of reading this board I realize that any "rant", especially from a non-klub member, the following is
A. My own fawlt
B. not BA's fawlt as it's such a grate airline in all other respects this just highlights how grate the rest of BA is
C. Apple's fawlt or
D. mixed Fleet's, Boeing's, Airbus (dilete as appropriate)
E. I am imagining
F. I made it up all
G. My English is not good
H. My English is good
So here goes:
Call Bremen call centre when it ist open. Anyone using Bremen obviously does not travell as they could only need it between 9 and 5 (?)
1 for European language, 2 for English
Press keypad on iPhone, press 2 [after various attempts it becomes apperent that the keypad input is not recognized]
Listen to European language
Wait on 20 minutes

I will not go into how my issue was dealt with - I can wait until my suspensionn for criticizing BA has been over

Ample evidence that English is not the OP's first language. I'm guessing that German is.
Nice to see that, as usual, the board focuses on the real issue when someone's venting frustration at BA.
Well i guess the point is that the OP isn't really asking a question/advice and has kicked off the thread in an incoherent rant. I'm not sure where you are expecting the thread to go from those less than auspicious beginnings?
