Oh, you know that is just going to be nasty.

I love a GOOD KFC but it's hard to get a decent KFC unless you go within a 1/2 hour of them opening or at the busy times when they are cooking fresh, any time after that like in the afternoon or evening and what you get has been sitting there drying out for hours and is just dry and stringy. Even when they have just cooked a fresh batch of chicken they make sure they dish out the old dry stuff first, unless you specifically make a point of telling them you want it it fresh and happen to step in just as they are loading a fresh batch into the ovens.

I can only imagine how bad this is going to be onboard an aircraft where it has been cooked hours before the flight then reheated in an aircraft oven, YUCKY YUCK YUCK!

Now, more importantly, in the picture is that the famous KFC "biscuit" which my American buddies always complain about not being able to get here in the UK ?

Dam you for posting this by the way, I have a major craving for a Chicken burger with extra mayonaise right now!!!!

No, it's a bun. An American biscuit is very much like a not too sweet, with no fruit in it scone. Goes surprisingly well with fried chicken.

I agree with Panny. KFC only works when it is fresh out of the oven. You are not going to get that on a plane.

I would be happy with KFC as a substitute given some CW and F meal options.
Mind you, I would be equally as happy with a nice kebab.

If you saw the fish fingers and chips my daughter got in CW child meal you wouldn't need to ask that. She refused it and ate my curry instead

Chips on an airplane just doesn't work.

Soggy fish fingers too.

Maybe a Mac.......matter-burger

They always seem to be kept warm for hours, we wouldn't notice the difference
Actually be an improvement on the paving slab of a pizza I have on every AA flight (I think they must have been a bulk buy back in 2003 )

Have just been discussing WT food with MrD, we've decided to bring our own, if we do that sods law says we might just get something we can identify or even eat

The only US fast-food chain that does decent biscuits is Red Lobster.

KFC as second meal in economy

JAL is trialling serving two pieces of KFC chicken as the second meal in economy

It doesn't look bad! Do you think this would work on BA?

I understand that KFC and McDonald's is a popular choice in the private charter market!
