I'm sitting in the "lounge" at CPH wondering....

Is their a worse lounge than this one? Seriously I have been in more inviting public toilets!

Food on offer: gigantic house brick of pâté and some kind of bread that looks like cardboard, oh and cocktail olives.

Only positive is the bottle of gin that is rapidly disappearing down my throat.

Seriously can't BA sort something better out than this? A tent in the car park perhaps

I've been there a lot and have to say that I've found much worse lounges. But it's not great, I must admit.

Not particularly impressive, I grant you. Re the cardboard, I usually love Danish bread, but they always seem to stock yesterday's. Both BA and SK offer attractive O/W fares; you are *G like me so you could adopt the same survival strategy: Book BA LHR-CPH and SK CPH-LHR. SK's Scandinavian lounge isn't as nice as it thinks it is, but it is a heck of a lot better than the Copenhagen Apartment or whatever it calls itself.

Some other lounges have been deemed by others to be worse. See:
Is Rome the worst BA Executive Lounge
The lounge in Nice is worse than ever!
What's the WORST lounge you've been in - and why?
I do believe I have found the worst lounge in the network..

Joely, it was good that you write that you were sitting in with all the "poor people" as you put it.. clearly as you werent probably fly biz and only a silver you were one of them in the priority pass lounge and not the CPH apartment next to it which is for biz and gold and not priority people.

Can I just say that OK, so it's the other lounge that is called the CPH apartment. It's not crowded and not unpleasant, but the bread is still dry and it ain't anywhere near up to the standard you would be entitled to expect from a BA lounge.

How dare you insult the delightful Danish fare/plasterboard!

If this is the smallish thing facing the apron with the comfy seats set downstairs a bit, then I totally agree. Grim, and a range of food so limited it gives the Schengen Finnair lounge at HEL a run for its money.

But... isn't there also another lounge across the concourse from that one that is BA-branded but shuts earlier? Or am I getting myself totally confused.

No, that's the posher one that CopenhagenBA is referring to as being for people who have a life. The other one is even smaller but much more crowded.

If it's a life in the CPH apartment, you're not missing much - beyond canned cream of tomato soup.

The CPH lounge for SAS is horrible. It's large, clean, boring and lacks anything resembling decent food or drinks.
