IB Business Availability - long sell?

IB Business Availability - long sell?
Hi,

I would appreciate if someone could help me. Qantas is showing C award availability IB for MAD-BOS on 08/12/12. However, neither AA no ExpertFlyer show availability on that date. Does anyone have any experience with this problem? Is Qantas simply showing phantom availability. I tried to no avail in getting either AA or BA to long sell but both of their agents refuse and claim that all the seats allocated to them have been used.

I can't see any on the QF website for 8 December. There is availability via LHR, but ba.com also shows that.

Thanks for the response. I used US date format. This is for 12th of August, not 8th of December.

In which case, using the QF website I can see no availability in any cabin for 12 August 2012.
