Yahillwe. You don't look at all old enough to have adult children.

Did a double take on that, and thought you'd written 'I might run over my kids'.

At least we have your mug shot now

Good advert for exercises! You really don't look 54.

I am up everyday by 5 am and run 5-7 k everyday
That's remarkable! Now I know what keeps you looking lovely.
I can't even manage 5% of that.

Best of luck if you decide to do the triathlon! I hope you beat your children
I'm thinking of doing an 100km charity walk next year but triathlon is something I couldn't even dream of participating in.

Of course you and everyone can.. just put your mind to it.. I am writing and it is 2:15 am.. it means that I will be up in a couple of hrs.. and I will.. mind you, just have gone through a big operation... 26 stitches...and I will run for 1 hr, come back and pack... if I can do it then anyone can... you just have to put the image and will to do it.

Best of luck if you decide to do the triathlon! I hope you beat your children

I hope you have fully healed up from the operation, especially if you are going for a run.
