It looks a bit cold and clinical to me. That's from just one PR shot though, I suspect the reality could be quite different.
Im deffo a bit sceptical about the blinds though, they seem a bit gimmicky to me and will surely infringe on space (even if slightly), whilst also impeding your view

I was sent an email saying from today a mock-up would be on display outside the CCR
I like the i-drive bit, not sure what it controls though, the seat?

It will be taking pride of place in the balcony area
of the Concorde Room from 15th of February to 7th of March. You can examine every detail, try it out for size and, we hope, be thoroughly impressed.
ie in the CR, not outside it.

Good to see some pictures at last! The LHR-JFK route is one of my regulars so hopefully I'll get to try it out very soon!
In the pictures with Rachel Weisz it certainly looks like there is a lot more space around the knee and if the 32inch width is correct, well wow!
USB charging and a move away from Empower ^ Also more storage space in the centre seats sounds interesting and quite a change from the current.

The report says the rotating control maneuvers the seat into various positions between upright and bed - apparently some safety concerns meant there is no one-push-straight-to-bed button. Though, I prefer being able to control the tilt/angle of the seat - just like Old First!
The buttons at the top control the two different lights. While the bottom buttons are for headrest and lumbar control.

Quite surprised to see BA deploying the new first class seat to ORD before the official launch. Hope to see it on the YYZ route soon.
