No, when looking at a booking of mine on EK, it had the option of putting my BD number in. Out of curiosity, I did it, and 1 day after the flight it had posted. \

I have to clarify myself.
JK won't accept the new number format when booking (it'll accept the old format). But when doing check-in online, it accepts the new format. Miles were posted correctly using the new number.
Sorry for going against the rules of this thread, but I do think it's important at this point to post cases where the new numbers are not working, being they are working now for most.
OZ was NOT accepted. Gave my card with the new number and no "BD*G" was listed on my boarding pass, so immediately gave them my card with the old number and "BD*G" showed as normal.
