No, when looking at a booking of mine on EK, it had the option of putting my BD number in. Out of curiosity, I did it, and 1 day after the flight it had posted. \

Hilton HHonors allows you to set up new format number in your profile, but when you try and book a Hotel you get the message;

"Please correct the following errors: The frequent traveler number is invalid "

It won't let you until you confirm booking until you revert to to old style 8 digit number

All missing posts have been moved to the discussion thread. And remember, only confirmations - the assumption is that nothing works. Thank you for your understanding.

I have to clarify myself.
JK won't accept the new number format when booking (it'll accept the old format). But when doing check-in online, it accepts the new format. Miles were posted correctly using the new number.

Sorry for going against the rules of this thread, but I do think it's important at this point to post cases where the new numbers are not working, being they are working now for most.

OZ was NOT accepted. Gave my card with the new number and no "BD*G" was listed on my boarding pass, so immediately gave them my card with the old number and "BD*G" showed as normal.
