Look under 'My Account' in the BMI e-shop, which is under 'Customer Service'. If its tracked it will show along with the miles earned. This is NOT the same box as the box which shows your clicks.

How many hours/days does it normally take for them to track your purchase and show it as 'pending' ?

My 2 purchases with cd-wow.com and Tesco haven't tracked after 14 days...

Something to do with using Safari on a Mac? Anyone else using Safari on a Mac here?

Yep, im using Safari on a Mac, my first eBay transaction (not Raffles - yet) tracked within 48 hours.

Have I missed something? points.com is not a partner of BMI as far as I can see. I logged into my account at www.flybmi.com choosed online shopping, choosed ebay and then finally this bmi diamond club thingy for 1£, did I do something wrong?

points.com operates the eshopping service for BMI - although you wouldn't know it. That is why people refer to it as points.com - because you are relying on their dubious IT systems to get things to work.

my clicks track but my transactions do not seem to. I also had a list of clicks last week, which all disappeared this week. 2 ebay purchases in the last couple of weeks (one yesterday for this auction) and nothing tracking

:-(

disappointing.

The PayPal account currently stands at £47.66 which, with Gift Aid at both ends, less the ebay bill, means the NSPCC currently stands to gain by around £55 from all this - whatever happens with the miles!

Orders placed with Waterstones on 13th haven't tracked. Also the free delivery offer has now been replaced with free delivery when you spend over £15. Free store pickup still available.

Just bought from Raffles the ebay offer. well, after visiting my bmi account, there is no tracking of this purchase available, it is even not showing the "0" line (update over night)? Have I done sth wrong? I did it like described here: log in the account, then go to ebay store, klick shop now, then a window poped up and I searched for the auction and bought it...

Do I need a UK based for the ebay thing???
