Are you specifying it with 1st Class/Special Delivery?
Yes, you're right! When I tried earlier, on the usual landing page, the icon that publicizes Waterstone's free delivery under the Special Offers box has disappeared. But if you proceed to Waterstone's website anyway, you'll find they still say free delivery at the top banner.

I've not made use of this offer yet as there is still plenty of time for it run. Nice tip about B&Q
It looks like B&Q Collect in store is available in my area - shame the B&Q Concentrated Screen Wash is 97p...WD40 might come in handy though!
1) Go to www.flybmi.com and log into your DC Account.
2) Go to the section labeled "on-line shopping"
3) Click the Shopping Link
4) Click Start shopping now. This does the transfer over to earn.flybmi.com (via sso.points.com)
5) Underneath myFlyBMI, you'll see some text with the word "customer service". Clickty that.
6) You'll then see "My Account" in a list of 4 big lines of text. Click that.
7) Behold... Your points.com transactions.
Thanks for this. I recently shopped at tesco.com via the bmi eshopping. Under purchase report it has the Tesco order, but Purchase Amount is 0.00 despite the fact I spent 50 quid. Will this update? Does this mean it has 'tracked'??

Apologies - new to this!
Was your purchase for groceries by any chance? If so, I believe they are excluded from being eligible for miles. If it wasn't, then it looks like an error as they have always have a value attached to them when they appear from past experience.

yes groceries. hmph what a swizz, although my fault for not reading carefully enough.
re tesco orders - i read it 'may' exclude groceries.
not will.
also back when i placed my orders with tesco, they were promoting earning it on bannanas in their adverts. i think bmi shopping/points.com should be honoring the orders otherwise it's false + misleading advertising
tesco direct have sim cards for £2.47 with £1credit on them(free delivery)
combine this with tesco direct code TDXR-ATDC for 250points(no minimum spend
