I made 11 purchases through BMI: 3 Raffles special and 8 itunes, between 10/6 to 13/6. None of them have tracked. I'll give it another week. I hope they start showing as pending soon.

2 had definitely tracked before the end of the promo and I am pretty sure the other had too.

Perhaps unsurprisingly during this promo, the 1500 miles which post as 0 before changing overnight (23/06/2008 BD diamond club - 1,500 Miles Credit 0 0 ) are still showing as 0 and have not updated Oh dear!

The 3000 I was notified of has now creditied (checked at 10:25). Entered as :

Oh well. Something I suppose. Still a classic BMI IT mess-up.

Then again, if points.com didn't supply BMI accurate data, well, GIGO applies

My problem is that I went from Silver to Gold midway through this promo and have 8 transactions on my 'old' account and 2 on my Gold account

I doubt if bmi IT factored that scenario into the code!

No miles as yet, but it is early days.

Just logged in to BMI Shopping to see where we were at, only to find my only tracked purchase (1 out of 6 or 7) has disappeared, as has my list of recent retailers visited (e.g. my means of working out who was missing)

Have to say, this promo seems like far more effort than it is worth.....

Have you changed status?

this happened to me when I changed from plus to plain.

You should still be able to see your transactions if you change the membership number in the link to your shopping page.

If you have not changed status level - your guess is as good as mine!

Same thing happened to me. In the URL, change your membership number back to what it was before your status changed. Transactions will reappear.

My 10 donations from early June are still all marked "pending", though I have set the "paid" marker on EBay. DC shows nothing.

Well it was a good cause, anyway
