Yes, I just noticed this as well.
What's even more disturbing is that he actually has some bids on there as well...
How do you know this guy is an FT'er though?

Just dropped in so to speak to say thanks to Raffles for organising the Ebay auction. I've just done one so far to test the water as far as tracking goes since I've had very mixed success with the points tracking so far. Other sites like Quidco/Cashbackkings work so I don't think it's my browser settings.

I also noticed that after my account anniversary my shopping history also seemed to be reset! I've contacted DC about this and although they replied to say they'd check any transactions I still had the details for they did not comment what the cause of the history loss was.

Hm? Isn't the cookie anywhy in the tracking? I made some snapshots from the screen in order to make sure I have a proof

Has your status level changed ?

If so, the reason would be that the shopping page loads with your (changed 1st digit) new DC number. If you were to change the page address back to your previous number, then check your shopping account, they will re-appear.

Ah yes it did and just tried editing the link as you suggested and sure enough it works

Thanks for that - shame DC didn't suggest that or indeed fix it so that the shopping history just ignores the first digit of your DC number!

Hi everyone, first post here!

Just wondering, are there any guidelines on how long it takes for things to appear in your purchase report?

I've bought 3 things so far (2 from itunes & 1 from Raffles ebay auction) and still got nothing...

Still need to do them all for my good lady as well, so would like to find something that reliably tracks so I can just bash through it!

I am afraid so far, it does look completeley random! I've have 7 transactions (3 iTunes and 4 eBay) between 18/5 and 21/5 and 2 of the eBay ones are missing. Since, I have another iTunes, one eBay and one HMV and none have posted yet (but they were only made last week-end)

Raffles, if you need to add more, I see a note on Ebay that on Thursday listings added will be half price insertion fees.
BTW mixed results on purchases tracking so far - only 2 of 5 £6.50 Ebay purchases are showing despite others being made on the same day and Tesco not showing as yet

Great stuff, Raffles - am just about to try out plan C.

FWIW, the only transactions I've had succeed through this scheme have been Waterstone's - the test CD-Wow purchase I made about 3 months ago has never showed up Waterstone's has always gone through for me without any trouble, usually in just a few days.

At the risk of stating something obvious... you may have to take a second look for where to click to choose cheque/PO as payment method. On my eBay account, it defaults to PayPal and it wasn't immediately clear that I actually *had* another option. Had I not been reading Raffles' post carefully, I could have inadvertently committed to using PayPal without too much thought (and I'm usually pretty diligent about such things!)

So, as it seems to be a general problem: has anyone tried to claim the missing transactions yet? Or do people give up on this...
Also, i was wondering if it would be wise to claim a missing ebay transaction called "Earn more BMI Diamond Club miles!" or would it be too obvious (although, I guess, still following the rules)

You cannot claim for missing ebay transactions. Its basically tough luck.

Paypal pot now up to £212 - well done everyone. This is after Paypal fees but does not yet include the ebay fees.

Hi Raffles, did you report this to eBay? If you are sure this is what will happen (and you can convince eBay), they usually do take some corrective action.

Though in my experience sometimes the action is a bit limited (I once had some bizarre form of bid retraction that basically forced me to withdraw my auction and start a new one).
