Even under Midland rules, the cheese toastie move has been deprecated. You can however use an eCert for a Burnt Oak.

Electronic upgrade instruments on the Northern line? Whatever next? Some people here seem to be making up their own rules as they go along.

The best way of resolving the uncomfortable Green Park / Snaresbrook dilemma at the same time as addressing the Burnt Oak digression is probably just to purchase the missing miles for some South Ealing.

Making up rules?! The very idea is intolerable to we Crescenteers of this noble lineage.

Midland rules or not, I'll thank you to keep a civil tongue, and if you don't I'll call back in five minutes for a different response.

The Midland IT sanction applies: you are bound to the Red, Black and Light Blue triangle for your next three moves, which will be tricky, I know, due to the current Red-Black transfer hiatus at Tottenham Court Road.

Thank you very much for calling to enquire about the Midland rules. I'll be delighted to assist you with keeping a civil tongue today. I just need to ask a couple of questions first to confirm your account details.

Fortunately, and I've checked this with the social media team, it is possible to circumvent the triangle restriction as long as you don't shunt via Zone 9. I'm pretty sure that necessitates Neasden at this juncture.

I fear this will be backtracking from Zone 5, but as Midland Rules apply, we'll need to stop at Donington for a one-time exemption and a bacon roll (I understand the chapel has been converted to a rather fancy canteen). Manor House

I think we're getting sidetracked here. Possibly eddies in the spacetime continuum.

Back to the hard stuff:

Foul! That's a National Rail station, and no mistake. In which case, I'm going to have to play the Empire exemption and take us to Hackney Central.

I see we are playing advanced rules so let's see how you deal with the curveball that is Blackfriars.

Midland rules. ok? Interchange is permitted, except to the emerald isle, which is considered to be more of the same. Mainlining, whilst possibly dangerous to health, is not exactly Heathrow Terminal 4.

Sorry, but British Caledonian got taken over by Lufthansa in 1988. Or something like that.

Pune just put us on indefinite hold. If it goes on much longer I'll be Barking.
