I enrolled my DC account on the 9th. December 2010.
How long I have time to collect 16`000 miles to reach the silver status?
until 9th december 2011 or longer?

No, it's based on the previous 364 days; it's a rolling year. Your (no) status year start date, when you are blue, changes daily to 364 days ago.
In terms of what you're asking, or how you're thinking about it, from your first status miles, you have 364 more days to use them for status.

But if you earned a shed load on March 25 2012, they would count all mileage since March 24th 2011. My point is simply that your balance does not get reset to 0 at Blue level, (ie a not fixed earning year) it simply is counted 364 days retrospectively (ie a rolling year).
