Uh oh - what now?
Just saw this thread - I am resident in Israel and never got any notification about transferring from DC to M&M. I looked on my profile (just requalified for Gold with some LH flights) and it doesn't show any country for me with my address.
Tried to update my address to a US address, but it didn't seem to work - just asked me to login again and gave my address without a country. I don't want to lose all my miles because the window for transfer is closed so I am circumspect about calling up the Helpdesk.
