105,000 BW points = 21,000 AA miles for the 35% bonus

You may order multiple quantities at a time of the "5,000 BW points for 1,000 AA miles" reward. The order page states: "Please be advised it will take 1-2 airline statements cycles for the miles to show on your frequent flyer account."
