Poor experience with AVIS
Recently I rent at AVIS, I would like to share with you about the poor customer service experience.

The poor experience includes :

Over charging
Misleading
Refuse to credit aeroplan
reduce the amount to credit aeroplan


I am glad that I find this forum to share my experience, I will update more later.

I think it would have been best for you to wait until you had time to post everything all at once. Basically, just putting bullet points here doesn't really provide us with any information to be able to help you.
