Is Avis Chairman's Club excluding NYC?
Was just wondering if I were to have Avis CHM will I be able to use
in NYC metro area such as LGA or JFK? And what are the chances
that you'll be upgraded to the signature cars that they have?

Of course. NYC is 25 miles within three major airports.

At LGA/JFK, I've rarely seen a specialty car. And dont think I ever got one there. EWR is hit or miss with specialty upgrades. But yes, CHM "works" there and the service is on par with other locations.

I have had great treatment even in NYC. Really a solid program consistently.
