Cant find itinerary on Avianca Brazil.

Cant find itinerary on Avianca Brazil.
2 days ago I booked GRU-GYN-BSB with Avianca Brazil through a online travel agent. I received the PNR/ticket number within a couple of hours. However, using my PNR on AvBr website doesnt pull up a booking. Anyone know how I can confirm my booking through their website?

You can use www.checkmytrip.com for that.
