Try sending a new one. I sent one early Jan too no response then sent new ones yesterday and got a very fast response 
so maybe they have just realized someone actually NEEDS to monitor this very "special" email 😄

Also asked them to send card to me by post which they said they would if I confirmed details
not holding my breath on that last one though

We kindly ask you to access your registration and make sure that the mailing address is correct.
But if you want , remember that you can also print the card through the site .
Simply access your account through the site www.avianca.com.br , and select " Print Card" , or save the image of this on his cell phone to display the airports.

As I read that people got a card without asking I just decided to wait, but I haven't received anything either. Neither did my children, so we are 3 in my family who didn't get anything... yet (fingers crossed!).
