Air China disagrees with my AV PNR

Air China disagrees with my AV PNR
I booked a LM reward from SIN to PEK on CA. Plugged my PNR into checkymytrip.com and all looks good, ticketed immediately
It had an additional PNR in the CA flight details which I checked on CA's website and it says
This reservation has already been cancelled. Please contact us for further information. (8119)
Has anyone else experienced this and do you know if all is OK with my reservation?

Call CA immediately. It is clearly not "OK". Whether it is an error or more serious remains to be seen. But, whether someone here has experienced this in the past will have no bearing on your ticket here.

Hmm. I have two different CA reservations, both look ok when checked on the above.
One PNR shows cancelled on airchina.com although everything's fine on CMT. The other one has a schedule change which I have to "accept" before going further.
Weird.

Thanks mlqsko. On that link my reservation is fine. Put in the CA PNR and the confirmation at the top of the page is my AV PNR
So we are in the same boat? Both OK on your Amadeus mobile link but both cancelled on airchina.com

It might be glitch in their system. I get the same message (non-award flight).
It shows up fine in CMT and on the link mlqsko posted. Weird.
I'm flying out in a few days so a bit worrying!

I am on the phone to them now, I will let you know what they say.
It's a bit complicated, to not get cut off you have to press 1 every 30 seconds. I forgot on the thirteenth request so had to start again
I notice that if I try to select a seat with the mlqsko link it does not work. Well it works but it will not stick

Ok answered me eventually
I mentioned why I was calling and she said "Oh that's probably just a problem with our website"
I gave her the CA PNR and she read out the route and date and told me it is all confirmed.
While I was on the phone I chose my seat too.
All in all very friendly call and it looks like there is no problem. Just their website giving incorrect information

I gave her the CA PNR and she read out the route and date and told me it is all confirmed.
While I was on the phone I chose my seat too.
