Reservation in Business Class ticketed in Economy???

Reservation in Business Class ticketed in Economy???

I have made several booking for friends in Business Class with Brussels Airlines, I checked the booking on checkmytrip afterwards and it showed Business (I even got the reservation sent to me by email), but now, I checked again and they were all ticketed in Economy!! Do any of you already had this problem?
I can foresee a long long lng conversation with Lifemiles tonight and I have already sent an email with not much hope.
Any thoughts??

This can happen... Schedule change, aircraft change, etc. Difficult to say why this happened to your booking as you don't write any detail about...

Check it with LM, call them... It's easier that boomeranging emails...

Check your exact ticket: if its booked in I then you are OK, SN tends to display I as economy on CMT by mistake:

Thanks for that Oliver,
I don't know how to check, it only shows "Economy".
However, the email I had sent to myself before ticketing from CMT shows Business; so clearly the booking was made in I.

look at the eticket receipt on saudia:

All my LM tickets have never showed on the SV site, i just got error messages...

Maybe OP could call the airline? Or is this too difficult?

Just called SN and you were right, the reservation was ticketed in Business Class and CMT shows Economy erroneously.
