Award seat failure & email address

Hi!
Hoping someone could help with advice.

Booked Avianca Business using UAL miles, got stuck in coach. Can I get those miles back into my UAL Account? Anyone have an Avianca email address where I could write a nice complaint letter to? Wow, they're awful with their cancelling entire flights, not rebooking passengers, & horrible service.

(Sorry, didnt know which forum to put this in.). Appreciate the help!

You'll have to call Mileage Plus about any possible refund.

Your first visit in central / south america in this case? Clocks are running quite different there
