Any data points on how long it takes for a purchase to show up in "My shopping history"??
I tried a few $1 donations via Petsmart... I am slowly seeing confirmation emails arrive, yet there is no indication of any purchases in my history at the LifeMiles e-Store.
Either way it is/was worth a shot.

I actually need Lifemiles for a trip to Central America next year. I was approved for the US Bank card last week but it hasn't arrived yet. I made 2 Petsmart donations using my Aussie Paypal acct which appear to have gone through but I am worried about getting my credit card or Paypal account flagged by the fraud detectors. How do I avoid this?
I tried to buy the $1 donation with a US credit card but the payment screen had a bunch of HTML code on it and the "complete order" button wouldn't work. Is anyone else getting that?
I have a Skype account that has only been used to call US toll free numbers, never had credit added to it, can I buy multiples of $1 in Skype credit?

I got around it by creating an account and using express check out. So far I have 2 donations using Paypal and 2 using a BW Barclays (didn't want to risk any of my main credit cards like CSP being shut down).

Credit is only given for the first Skype purchase.
