Normal but not normally so much different.
Web prices are the lowest
Office prices are normally good but a little more expensive
Phone up and tell them you want a special group price for 24 Italians and the price comes back about double the office price.

Maybe service fee? For those looking for the best prices there are very few reasons (most of them medical) to book domestic flights at call center or ticket office. Online payments should be OK when using services like verified by visa (also with debit card). Another alternative is book lan flights at lan.com and choose pago presencial.
