Lifemiles not showing award availability
Is anyone else having problems showing availability for Lifemiles? It is showing sold out for me for all dates. However, I do see availability for the same routing on United.
The route in this case is RDU-ODS, but I played with other routing and see no availability on those either.

I picked a random date (Mar 14 2018) and it came back with

I have seen some flights show up fine but other seemingly identical flights on different days do not. I sent an email about one particular flight which showed availability on multiple other partner sites and the response was basically, "if it doesn't show up online it's not available".
