Refund mid trip

Yesterday I bought a last minute ticket BAQ-BOG-MDE.. For some reason I got a confirmation yet the charge didn't process. I was told to go to BAQ and pay for the ticket.. Upon arrival the price quoted was more than double what I paid. After a lot of trouble, calls (being hung up on etc) a Supervisor had me buy a ticket for another day (Flexi fare) Then she rebooked me out.. Well fast forward, I miss my connection in Bogota. I no longer have a need to be in Medellin. What are my options? I'd like to get a full refund.. AV customer service is crap, and unfortunately I signed a charge slip for my ticket at the airport.. Hopefully I can call it a trip in vain, and just stay here in Bogota.. Any thoughts?

Didnt you get rebooked to another flight?

what are the fare rules? seems that YOU, not the airline, doesnt want to fly the whole intended route...

I was offered a rebooking to the next day... I bought a ticket last minute to be in Medellin on day X not day Z.. It's a flexi fare. Of course I don't want to fly the intended route as I am not arriving on time lol..
