I recently had to book a couple of flights on Thai Airways in Y for next month and I wanted to use my Avianca Brazil number for lounge access etc. However the pulldown menu for frequent flyer programs didn't include Avianca Brazil, only Avianca.

I have used my Amigo number with Thai twice with no problem at all, including lounge access etc. They were in my reservation since the beginning.

How many points required for a roundtrip HEL-ARN or similar or a domestic flight in the USA.
Would greatly appreciate it someone knew the answer!
Thank you.

Intra-European flights are truly expensive in Y: 25000 Amigo points. They are a bit more of value in C: 30000 Amigo points. A domestic flight within US costs 12500 in Y and 25000 in C. Please note that Mexico and Hawaii are in different regions for Amigo purposes (from US, 25000 in Y and 55000 in C).

I've called them about this. I'm Diamond and site is showing no status for me. Their answer is that they are still adjusting the website and that the correct registers of status remain ok. Let´s see.

No offense, but I guess I will put it in bold and underline it for you . . .
Also, I'd like to add that they were both matched "before" 31st December.
So, I remain puzzled!

I had it corrected by Thai Airways during check in. The lady had seen a couple Avianca cards before but this was her first Avianca Amigo card. She used the airline code (which we can't on the computer, besides I didn't see Amigo in the pulldown menu when I booked) and then it was recognized, including status.
