You can see they even save the cost when they change the old 2 class 777 C seat into the new C seat without AVOD.
Does the business cabin on the 777 even have it's own bathroom? It doesn't look like it from the seat plan.

As they are in the galley I was wondering if there was a curtain seperating them or whether passengers from Y use them as well?

no, no bathroom. There's a wc on both sides of the plane for C, but no bath.

It is not necessary to have a tub or shower in order to call a bathroom.
bathroom = wc = men's/ladies' room (on airplane, it is actually called lavatory if you pay attention to the sign on board)
We all know that there is no plane has tub or shower unless it is EK's 380.

Of course there is a curtain separate from the cabin to the galley. You would definately see a difference between Y and C bathrooms.

IIRC C bathroom has some extra amenities which Y doesn't have.
