PVG-ICN F class gone?

Would anybody have information on F class service between PVG and ICN?
We were booked in F on March 30, OZ 362.
Now we are told that there is no F class service offered on this flight, yet looking at Asiana's seat map, it is B-747 and we have seats 11K & J which is the upper deck and F class showing on the main deck.
Thanks for any clarification.
Candot.

This is a three-class plane but two-class service on this route.

Business class downstairs is essentially "premium economy". I usually book in V/W or Y and may probably get a seat in this cabin, though food service is still Y standard.

I have not bought F for this flight before, but I believe you will get Business class service.

Most Asian carriers fly 3-cabin planes on intra-Asia routes but only book them as two classes. Usually the F cabin is either left empty, or seats are released to top tier elites of the airline. I had this on OZ from HKG-ICN last year and tried to get seated in an F seat. Even though the rest of my ticket was in F, I was refused an F seat because I was not a top tier elite in its program (just AC and UA).
