LAX - ICN - PVG pics

Hey I thought I would post a few pics of my OZ experience. I didn't take any pictures of the food and presentation because I drank a little too much and got the munchies which led to me not remembering to take pictures of the food and presentation.

Here is the LAX shower room in the Star Alliance lounge. I didn't need a shower but I took another shower anyways just so I can share with other curious FTer's There was no wait time as I was showering around 10:45 pm. Just had to hunt down a staff person to let me in to a shower room.

Shower room at the ICN OZ lounge.

OZ lounge. Not a bad place to hang out for 4 hours. There are semi-private relaxation rooms with mechanical massage chairs. Very comfortable and fairly quite.

OZ C cabin ICN - PVG. AC was upgauged from 767 to 777. There was only one other PAX besides myself! We had three FA's for the two of us.

Thanks so much for sharing these! I will be flying OZ this coming Friday evening in C from LAX-ICN. I'm very excited about my first trip on OZ.

No problem! Don't know if you are connecting onto a different flight but I forgot to mention that the wait for the shower was about an hour and fifteen minutes at the OZ lounge. I didn't realize I had to sign up by giving up my BP and got stuck behind a bunch of people that arrived after me. If you want a shower when you get there, you have to go to the front desk and give them your BP. When a shower becomes available, one of the ladies at the front desk will walk around the entire lounge calling out your name. I almost missed her as I was listening to my iPhone.

Yeah it's kinda weird. When I don't login I can't see anything, not even links. When I do login I can see the links and have to click on the links in order to view the pics. I don't know if UA Mike is able to see those pics. I am posting from China, does that have anything to do with why the pics are not showing up?

I did this route in March on what was supposed to be a 747 with F (was on an award ticket in F), however the plane was downgraded to a 777 with no F. Still not a bad way to fly. They blocked the seat next to me (even though there were only about 6 in C. They apologized profusely and did everything to make the flight comfortable.......only gripe, we were an hour and one-half late which made the connection ICN nearly impossible. However, they held the ICN_LAX plane for those of us connecting and personally guided us through the transfer in record time.

What compensation did you get for the involuntary downgrade?
