I don't believe OZ publishes a wine list online. Here's a review on SEA-ICN in J.

The wnes aren't too exciting on Asiana in general.
I haven't flown that exact route, but generally only one red, one white, one sparkling. At least that's the way it is for short haul around Asia.
Asiana First - a different story. They are most excellent.
