If you get unlucky and get downgraded from F to C, don't worry too much about it.
OZ F lounge is not that special: you're not missing out much.
And there is hardly any ground service at ICN for F passengers.
Do you really need an "escort" from the lounge to the gate?
The so called escort is just an agent walking to the gate with you, they don't even provide any transportation.
Do you have trouble reaching the gate without an agent showing you the way?
I really don't understand why some people care so much about the non-existing ground service at ICN and having an escort.

Well, I'm talking about NRT, which has some nice F lounges.

So i have to reroute my USDM flight..... Is there a list with all Intra-Asia F flight-routs?

I know:

TG:
BKK-NRT/HND
BKK-KIX
BKK-HKG

UA:
HKG-SIN
SIN-NRT

SQ (with LM/USDM):
SIN-DEL

CA:
HKG-PEK
PVG-PEK

OZ now will have NO F service in asia ?!

Are there still other routs with F service?

CA also has PEK NRT and PVG NRT with F I think. Not to mention all the CA domestic routes that have "first" class.

You can see the new route on flyasiana.com ... but if you look on ANA Toll for Award flights... shows still the 333 for OZ361/362 and NO F.... will they fly this rout with F Serice and award tickets (like to NRT) ?
Now the ANA shows the 744 for OZ361 and OZ362.... but NO F ! So plane from NRT route but still 2 class.....

OP got downgraded last minute, as ICN-NRT often do plane swap. Yours are schedule downgrade in advance, that's a big difference.

The *A lounge quality at NRT is similar to ICN, they are acceptable, but nothing superior to ICN.

Months in advance to downgrade for an extended period of time of weeks ? Or just that one particular day ?

If not basically anyone flying C on OZ101/102 can claim they had downgraded from F, and the F lounge would be packed.

That's a ridiculous statement. Clearly an itinerary will have information confirming or denying the veracity of anyone who plays that game.

OZ101 (NRT-ICN at 1:10 pm) is now an A380 from June 13- August 14, and according to us.flyasiana.com, you can purchase an F ticket if you like.

Awesome. My previously downgraded flight is now a 380, and I was able to call US and switch my award ticket back into F.

Booked a F ticket in aug. 13, was notified about the downgrade 2-3 weeks before departure due to equ.change.

Well, the check-in agents have access to your itinerarys entire history, so unless you wish to look like a fool...

Similarly for NRT-ICN once A380 ceases on that route.
