not sure if they are good or have reasonable prices, but I saw (Level 4, Concourse D) Mango Tree, Whittard of Chelsea, a Sushi Bar large kiosk type restaurant, a Doi Tung Coffee, an iBerry ice cream place, a Seafood Bar, a Chow & Haru, a Cafe Nero by Black Canyon, a Dairy Queen, a Burger King, a Pizza Company, a Sports Cafe, and LOTS of other places on that Level 4

in the main terminal landside (Level 3?) Starbucks

Concourse A, Level 2 a HUGE City Garden dining area, but didnt try it....
